A new company has been launched to serve the Talent and Entertainment Market. FOCUS, is a Vincentian Company that was officially launched on the 13th of July 2014. The team is made up of five executive members; Miss Nisha Hope CEO and co-founder, Miss Akeliah Davy CFO and Co-founder, Mr Kerry Ottley, Mr Sean Frederick and Mr Le Clerc Bartholomew respective Talent agents.
The company will be recruiting talents for corporate clients while managing talent for the entertainment Industry and will write, create, produce, distribute and market all forms of entertainment and their related businesses.
Co-founder, Akeliah Davy told Radio Grenadines that “Our talent agency focuses on actors, models, singers, dancers, musicians, speciality acts and individuals with any other type of artistes who seek to become professionals in their field. We provide a strong support system and professional training to our artistes to make them the best in their field. We aim to be the ultimate resource for talent in SVG.”
Davy went on to say that ” As performing artistes ourselves we appreciate the struggles meted out to artists daily while trying to leave an indelible mark on society. We have decided to forge our skills and create our own wealth, we are innovators and have a lot of raw talent waiting to be unleashed. What sets us apart in the Industry is our holistic approach to the development of talent and philosophy to promote local, all backed by our years of experience.”
When asked about the choice of name for the company Davy said “the name FOCUS came about because the name was relative to what we wanted one of our founders to do (be focused) and then we felt that it was time we focus on our passion inevitably Vincentian will start to see artists for who we are and focus on us.”

How to Sign Up
An artiste can be a part of the agency either as a signed or independent . A signed artiste represents the FOCUS brand (professionalism, excellence and trust) we take care of their marketing, business negotiations, training and career on a whole; they sign exclusive or non-exclusive contracts paying a one time registration fee. Independent artistes can register with us for a yearly fee, their information will be stored in our database and they will benefit from training sessions, workshops and casting calls.
We are looking mainly for undiscovered talent however experienced artists who needs professional management are welcomed to be interviewed with the prospects of becoming a signed member of FOCUS.
